It should work. It's only good in the shop itself, so if you're trying to buy from the marketplace that might be the problem. Also the total before shipping has to be 30.00. And the code is the letters "SMAR" and then the numbers "1130" all together.

I just went to Cafe Press and pretended to try and order something and put in the code and it worked. So be sure you're at:
